Terms of Service

You must be 13 or older to use Sheeeit, and 18 or older to buy a paid plan. Keep your login details private — activity under your account is your responsibility. Tell us at hello@sheeet.app if you think someone else has access.

You keep ownership of the stories, character descriptions, uploads and finished films you create. We claim no rights to them beyond the limited licence needed to host, process and deliver them to you — for example, storing keyframes, rendering clips and serving your share link.

If you opt into the Creator Gallery, you grant us permission to display that film, its poster frame and your creator profile publicly and in Sheeeit marketing. You can withdraw a film from the gallery at any time.

Only upload reference images you have the right to use. Do not upload photographs of real people without their permission, and do not attempt to generate a recognisable public figure in a misleading context.

You may not use Sheeeit to create or distribute:

• Sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises real people without consent.
• Content that incites violence, harassment or hatred against a group or individual.
• Deceptive impersonation, political disinformation, or fraudulent claims.
• Material that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy.

We may remove content, suspend accounts and revoke share links that breach these rules. Serious or repeated breaches end the account without refund.

Paid plans renew monthly or annually until cancelled. Credits are consumed when generation runs — keyframes, animation and speech — and monthly credits roll over for up to one additional month. Top-up credits do not expire. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Credits spent on a completed generation are not refundable. If a render fails through our fault, we return the credits. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.

Films are produced by third-party generative models. Output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or resemble existing works, and identical prompts may produce different results for different users. You are responsible for reviewing what you publish and for disclosing AI generation where the law or a platform requires it.

We aim to keep Sheeeit running but do not promise uninterrupted service. Render queues, model providers and storage may be unavailable at times. Keep your own copy of finished films you care about.

Sheeeit is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost content.
